If weather conditions do not permit sailing and the captain decides not to depart: A new date will be offered; if a date change is not possible, the booking fee will be refunded. If the client cancels more than 5 days prior to the departure date, 50% of the booking fee will be refunded. If the client cancels 3 days prior to the departure date, 25% of the booking fee will be refunded. If the client cancels less than 3 days prior to the departure date, there will be no refund.
